## About the investment

Sanity Group is Germany's leading medical cannabis company, co-founded and led by Finn Hänsel in 2018. In 2026 Sanity Group was acquired by Canadian cannabis market leader Organigram Global at a total valuation of up to €250M (€130M upfront). Mauerkatze participated as a founding investor and realised a successful Sanity Group exit.
