## About the investment

CrossEngage was founded in Berlin in 2015 and unifies customer data from multiple sources into a customer data and prediction platform. Predictive audiences and AI-driven CRM activate segments across downstream marketing channels. In 2024 CrossEngage was acquired by the Dutch Spotler Group. Mauerkatze invested directly — successfully exited.

## Mauerkatze & CrossEngage

Mauerkatze is the angel and venture capital vehicle of Finn Hänsel (known for the Sanity Group exit). We back CrossEngage as direct investment with capital, network and operational experience from the Berlin tech and VC ecosystem.
